As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that our clients love Chicory. You will work closely with the ad operations, marketing and sales teams to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and will be responsible for showcasing our value to clients. As the relationship owner, you will cultivate client relationships, identify new opportunities and sell further into organizations that we already work with. Handle the entire post-sale process with new and existing clients
Ensure that client expectations are met across all media campaigns
Be the main point of contact for existing clients
Proactively solve client business problems
Build client relationships
Work with ad operations team to ensure performance and delivery of campaigns
Work with sales team to ensure campaign KPI alignment
Provide feasibility checks prior to campaign proposal submissions
Present insights, analytics and wrap-up reports to clients
Work with marketing team to develop client-specific assets and distribute campaign news within the organization
Work with clients to procure case study approvals or partner testimonials
Act as client liaison and advocate within the organization, bringing new product ideas or improvements to light as they affect our customers
Your Background and Capabilities
1-5 years in an account management or client services role
Experience working with digital advertising agencies or brands
Deep knowledge of advertising industry
Expertise in account management and client presentations
Great written and oral communication
Ability to understand complex technologies and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
Impeccable organizational skills
